1 What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ), and do you offer volume pricing?
The standard MOQ is 50 units for most hotel TV projects. The final MOQ and factory-direct pricing depend on screen size, hardware, software, branding, packaging and destination. Send the project scope for a model-specific quotation.
2 What are the lead times for bulk orders?
A typical production window is about 20–35 business days after the specification, approved sample, artwork and payment terms are confirmed. Actual lead time depends on quantity, panel and component availability, software work, certification and packaging. Huixin confirms the production and shipment schedule in the quotation.
3 Can we evaluate samples before committing to a large order?
Yes. Buyers can order a sample to verify the display, interfaces, remote control, branding, packaging and approved software before bulk production. Sample charges, delivery cost and the approval record are confirmed with the sales contract.
4 Will your hotel TVs work with our existing Property Management System (PMS)?
PMS and IPTV compatibility must be validated for each project. Provide the PMS or middleware name, APK, API or SDK requirements, operating-system version, network design and device-control needs. Huixin can pre-load an approved package and test it on a sample TV, while final room mapping and network commissioning are normally completed by the hotel or its system integrator.
5 What OEM and branding customization is available?
Depending on the model and order quantity, OEM options can include cabinet or label branding, a boot logo, launcher or approved app pre-loading, remote controls, packaging and accessories. The final hardware and software scope is documented during sample approval. Factory pre-loading can reduce on-site work, but network setup, room mapping and system commissioning still depend on the hotel project.
6 What does the warranty cover, and how is after-sales support handled?
Huixin televisions are supplied with a 3-year warranty. Coverage, exclusions, spare-parts arrangements, shipping responsibility and remote technical-support terms are confirmed in the quotation and sales contract for the selected model. Other Huixin product categories may have different warranty periods.
7 What payment terms do you accept?
Common B2B payment options include T/T bank transfer and Alibaba Trade Assurance. L/C at sight may be considered for eligible repeat orders. The accepted method, deposit, balance and bank details are confirmed on the pro forma invoice or contract.
8 Can Huixin support international hotel TV projects?
Yes. Huixin supports overseas hotel operators, distributors and system integrators with model selection, sample approval, OEM requirements, production, inspection and export documentation. Platform availability, certifications, plug type, broadcast standard, warranty logistics and local integration requirements are confirmed for the destination market. Relevant project references can be discussed during quotation where client confidentiality permits.
